MULTI-COMPONENT ANALYZERS

Process Multi-Method/Channel Analyzer (NGA 2000 MLT 1)
The MLT 1 is available as a stand-alone analyzer, as a "system control analyzer" with front panel display and keypad or as an analyzer module (AM). The AM is a blind analysis unit that measures concentrations and other relevant parameters with additional sensors to provide that data for the NGA network. The AM version can be integrated in an NGA analyzer system (mounted into a platform or combined with an MLT/TFID analyzer). AMs are available as sheet metal, rack-mountable or table-top analyzer modules. All AMs are equipped with standard or extended housings depending on configuration. The MLT 1 AM or stand-alone analyzers, can be provided with local fast response I/Os (SIO and/or DIO) while system MLTs can use SIO and DIO as system I/Os for supporting all AMs within the NGA 2000 analyzer system. Process Low CO Version for CEMS/ICEE (NGA 2000 MLT 1 ULCO)
Rosemount Analytical’s NGA 2000 MLT 1 ULCO Gas Analyzer is specially designed to measure ultra low carbon monoxide (ULCO) levels. The analyzer is equipped with a second optical bench including a multi detector assembly for cross interference rejection in automotive and flue gas applications. Water vapor and carbon dioxide measurement is used for internal cross interference compensation, providing an ultra low CO and a CO2 channel as standard. An additional CO high channel is optionally available for automotive applications.

Process Multi-Method/Channel Analyzer - Field Enclosure (NGA 2000 MLT 2)
Rosemount Analytical's MLT series of NGA 2000 analyzers offer multi-component, multi-method analysis using infrared, ultraviolet, thermal conductivity, paramagnetic and electrochemical sensor technologies. The MLT 2 gas analyzers measure up to five gas components depending on the configuration (space is determined by cell length) in a single or dual compartment IP 65 (NEMA 4/4X) wall-mount enclosure.

Rosemount Analytical's NGA 2000 MLT Series of gas analyzers offers multi-component, multimethod analysis using infrared, ultraviolet, thermal conductivity, paramagnetic and electrochemical sensor technologies. Housed in a thermostatically controlled total 19-inch enclosure, the NGA 2000 MLT 3 Gas Analyzer can measure up to three gas components and the NGA 2000 MLT 4 can measure up to five gas components by combining the different technologies into one unit. The main difference between the MLT 3 and MLT 4 is the power supply, which is internal with the MLT 3. The NGA 2000 MLT 3 can be equipped with one or two photometer channels and one oxygen sensor. The NGA 2000 MLT 4 is available with two dual photometer benches (3 or 4 channels) including NDIR and up to two NDUV/VIS channels plus oxygen.

Hi-Temp (180oC, 150oC UV) Multi-Method/Channel Analyzer (NGA 2000 MLT 5)
The NGA 2000 MLT 5 Multi-Component, Multi-Method Gas Analyzer measures up to five gas components for high temperature applications utilizing infrared, ultraviolet and thermal conductivity sensors. The analyzer's sample system is temperature-controlled up to 180ºC. Internal sample pump and auto calibration options are available.
