The heart of the entire product offering includes field-proven Druck silicon technology resulting in a range of high quality piezo-resistive pressure sensors. The modular concept of our UNIK 5000 pressure sensor platform allows us to create 1000s of individual sensors. PDCR 1830/1840 High Performance Level Pressure Sensor The PDCR 1830/1840 transducer (mV output) and PTX 1830/1840 transmitter (4-20 mA output) are the latest generation of fully submersible high performance sensors for measurement of hydrostatic liquid levels. The combination of a high technology sensor, together with advanced signal conditioning and packaging techniques, provides an ideal longterm solution for reliable, accurate and economical level measurements. The micromachined silicon element is sealed within an alltitanium pressure module assembly, fully isolated from the pressure media. This is contained in a slimline, welded titanium body, terminated in an injection moulded cable assembly. The cable features a kevlar strain cord and is IP68 rated for indefinite immersion in 700 mH2O, with selection of cable material to meet the application. |

PTX 1230 Submersible Pressure Transmitter The 1230 Series submersible/depth pressure transducers are specifically designed for depth/level measurements in the groundwater, well water, canals, rivers, and other similar applications. The titanium construction assures excellent life in the most hostile environments, including corrosive and hazardous chmical applications. Druck backs its titanium construction with a 5 year corrosion warranty. Standard vented cable is polyurethane; tefzel cable is available on the 1280 Series sensors. |

PTX/PDCR 1280 Harsh Environment Submersible Pressure Transducer The 1280 Series submersible/depth pressure transducers are specifically designed for depth/level measurements in the groundwater, well water, canals, rivers, and other similar applications. The titanium construction assures excellent life in the most hostile environments, including corrosive and hazardous chmical applications. Druck backs its titanium construction with a 5 year corrosion warranty. Standard vented cable is tefzel. Polyurethane cable is available on the 1230 Series. The 1280 Series sensors are ideal for use in applications where smaller size is an advantage, such as municipal water supply wells, leachate wells, irrigation projects, etc. The titanium construction also makes the devices suitable for seawater and chemical tank measurement applications. |

PTX 1730/1740 Series Submersible Level Pressure Sensors The 1730/1740 series has been developed as a general purpose, hydrostatic liquid level sensor, designed to work in low powered, arduous applications, including surface water, ground water and tank level. It is the latest generation of Druck submersible products manufactured over the past 30 years and features high performance, micro-machined silicon technology, packaged in a fully welded 316 stainless steel assembly. Application specific features include a Kevlar strain relieved vented cable, internal condensation protection and an IP68 injection moulded cable assembly, which guarantees sensor operation over an extended lifetime. |

PTX 1290 Lift Station Submersible Pressure Transducer The 1290 Series pressure transmitter is similar to Druck's field proven submersible sensors with the exception of the pressure port. It is equipped with a flush teflon-coated elastomeric diaphragm that reduces the likelihood of grease or biosolids buildup. The pressure transfer medium is a silicone grease that maintains its elasticity between -40 and +250°F. The 1290 Series pressure transmitter is similar to Druck's field proven submersible sensors with the exception of the pressure port. PDCR 2100 Series Differential Pressure Transducers The PDCR 2100 is a small, lightweight true wet/wet dual diaphragm differential pressure transducer with standard ranges from 0 to 5 psid through 0 to 900 psid. The transducer is compatible with a wide range of fluids and gases. It combines high accuracy with good static pressure characteristics, and is available with a variety of pressure connections and electrical terminations. |

PDCR 3500 Digital & Analog Output Sensor The PDCR 3500 offers a unique capability of digitally enhanced, high accuracy output, coupled with high analog bandwidth. The transducer is a 1 inch diameter fluid isolated analog output device similar to the PMP 4000 Series. It achieves a total accuracy performance of up to ±0.1% FS over -65° to 250°F with the support from internal digital electronics which correct for the repeatable errors without affecting the analog bandwidth. Due to internal microprocessor electronics, the PDCR 3500 can also give a digital pressure output in engineering units via RS485. The RS485 is also used for re-calibration and housekeeping activities such as serial number retrieval and diagnostics. The PDCR 3500 is therefore two transducers in one. Customers can use either the analog or digital output (or both) depending on the requirements of their application. |
