Portable Fluid Samplers

GC Portable Peristaltic Sampler

The Manning Model GC portable samplers include all necessary items to start composite sampling: 10 ft. clear PVC hose, PVC strainer, external 7 amp-hour battery, basic linear battery charger, controller, 2 gallon bottle w/spout, bottle full sensor, contact closure input, and resident time and flow-based programming. Model GC samplers are lightweight (22 lbs. with battery and empty bottle), provide dependable sampling, trouble-free service, minimal maintenance, and easy operation at a small price, size, and weight. They combine our microprocessor based "smart" pump head with a 3/8-inch ID pump and a rugged small diameter bottle case with room for ice and the sample bottle.

PST Portable Peristaltic Sampler

Manning Model PST portable samplers use a unique 3/8-inch ID peristaltic pump that significantly increases tubing life without sacrificing pump performance. A clear plastic cover enables visual inspection of the rollers and tubing without disassembling the pump. An integral safety-kill switch prevents powered rotation when the cover is removed, making it safe to check and replace the pump tubing. The revolutionary pump body and roller design increases pump tubing life, saving time, maintenance, and money. It is the only peristaltic sampler on the market that is less than 18 inches in diameter and has space for 24 one-liter bottles and ice in an insulated bottle case. The PST provides composite or discrete sampling of non-toxic or toxic liquids.

PSB Portable Self Contained Peristaltic Sampler

The Manning Model PSB is a completely self-contained portable peristaltic sampler, providing the most economical choice for basic, composite only, sampling needs. It comes complete with 10 ft. clear PVC hose, PVC strainer, 7 amp-hour battery, basic linear battery charger, controller with keypad, 2 gallon bottle w/spout, bottle full shut-off switch, contact closure input, and resident time and flow based programming. The PSB is lightweight (18 lbs. with battery and empty bottle) and has a convenient carrying handle. When latched, it is rated NEMA 4X/NEMA 6. Power can be supplied through an internal or external 12 volt battery, a 110-220 VAC converter, or other 12 VDC source.

VST Portable Vacuum Sampler

Manning Model VST portable samplers employ 3/8-inch ID or 5/8-inch ID vacuum pumps to provide suction lift. These samplers have few moving parts and all critical components are rated for thousands of operations. Since these samplers utilize vacuum pumps, labor and spare parts costs are minimized because they don't require regularly scheduled replacement of consumable parts such as peristaltic pump tubing. VST samplers provide accuracy and repeatability of sample volumes within 0.5% of pre-set volume. Changes in vertical or horizontal head height will not affect sample volume taken, since the sample is volumetrically measured. The collected sample will be exact, ensuring the validity of your sampling data.
